Not a request for a new game setup, but for new products I'd personally like to see.
I'd like to see two new sizes of card box:
One halfway between the current two sizes, and one that is one and a half times the size of the current largest size.
One other thing I noticed is that sleeved Euro sized cards do not fit into the existing two box sizes without bending (which defeats the purpose of the sleeving in the first place).

As for the sleeved cards, when we designed these card boxes, we designed them to fit what was considered the "standard card sleeve" size at the time which was 66mm x 91mm. Since then, card sleeves that are slightly longer, specifically Dragon Shield sleeves which measure 66mm x 92mm have become more popular and unforunately don't fit in our card boxes.
At this time, we don't have plans to change the inner dimensions of the card box to fit these longer sleeves (It's really expensive to do) but not to say that it won't happen at some time in the future 😊
I typically use Dragon Shield sleeves and was having this issue, but I have news!! DS has released a line of 'board game sleeves.' They are listed in their website but only have the inner dimensions. I wrote and asked for the outer dimensions and some of their sleeves will now fit in your boxes. Their full answer with measurements is copied below:

While the packaging focuses on the card size the sleeves are designed to fit, I’d be happy to share the outer dimensions with you:
For example, our sleeves for cards measuring 63.5 x 88 mm (Standard Size) have an outer dimension of approximately 66 x 91 mm.
Sleeves for 59 x 92 mm cards (e.g., for games like Dominion) have outer dimensions of roughly 61 x 94 mm.
Similarly, our other board game sleeve sizes have a small margin of about 2 to 2.5 mm larger in both width and height than the card size, depending on the thickness and cut.
