Card Box Sizes (depth and inner)

  • I love your card boxes and have them in many of my game boxes now.

    Two thoughts:

    1. (inner): The space around the card seems wasted to me. I assume the four vertical tabs around the card are there to aid inserting and removing the cards? That's a nice feature, but you may want to consider a version without those tabs that results in a smaller overall box width and height.

    2. (depth): I use both the small and standard size card boxes (pictured). A lot of my decks und up falling between the two. This results in me either having to use two smalls or waste space in the standard. You should consider a size between the two.

    Thanks!

  • Thanks for your feedback James!

The vertical tabs around the box were designed to protect the cards while in the box by keeping them locked into place so that the corners didn't bent or damaged. We found that to be a problem with other deck holders and wanted to ours to be different :) But admittedly it does make them take up more "floor" space in the game box.

Thanks for your feedback on the deck height, we have had a lot of conversations about this and it may be something we consider making in the future!

  • I can second the thought about having a card box that doesn't have the vertical tabs in it. A couple of my solutions with really busy game boxes had issues fitting the card boxes and I ended up with a 3rd party box that fit better. Being able to get a box like that through you instead of a 3rd party would be a win in my book! Clarification, I haven't had this issue with the 100-ct box, just the regular card boxes.

An intermediate height box would be delightful!
