Famously, none of the upgrades can really be accommodated in the original box, so I think BB might be the perfect solution - take out the insert, a bin for the cars, a bin for the weather and track condition tokens, reg. card boxes for the player decks + gear shift icons, big card boxes for the heat/stress/garage/sponsorship cards
I'm picturing removing the tray insert in the original box, all the BB components lay flat at the bottom of the box and stack the player mats and boards on top?
This game is going to be tricky. I have everything but Legends expansion, and I sleeve these in Gamegenic standard sleeves.
- Map boards on the bottom of the box
- Card box per player for deck (with heat and stress), car, and shifter. 6 of these will fit between boards and the box, the rest is where you find room.
- Card box for legend deck, track deck, and season cards combined.
- Tarrot box with dividers for tokens: weather, tent, and press box. This could be condensed a bit more probably.
- Large card box for each: garage lvl 1, garage lvl 2, sponsor. Garage lvl 1 & 2 could fit in one box with thinner sleeves.
- Large card box for extra heat and stress. I may just add the extra to player decks and leave this in the closet.
You will get some lid lift, no way around it at this point. I'm currently adding Rocky Road to my box so I'll play some and come back with any changes I made.
