This 22-bin BitsBins set organizes everything in the Ark Nova base game, including sleeved cards, and fits inside the original box. Setup drops from about 20 minutes to 5, and cleanup takes less time.
Ark Nova has hundreds of cards and tokens. The enclosure tiles alone can take 5–7 minutes to sort before every game. This set gives every component its own snap-lid bin, so you open the box, set the bins on the table and start playing.
What goes where
1 XL: enclosure tiles, sorted by size, so you grab the one you need without digging
2 Tarots with dividers: zoo map tiles
4 100+ Card Boxes: all of your sleeved cards. Each box can hold about 75 sleeved cards.
4 Pods: money, one Pod each for 1s, 5s, 10s and 20s. The lids come off, so the Pods work as trays on the table.
5 Minis: one Mini for each player’s worker cubes (blue, red, black and yellow), plus one for small mixed tokens
6 Originals: break tokens, score markers, university tiles, bonus tiles, X2 tokens and appeal tokens, one type per bin
Sleeved or unsleeved? This set is for sleeved cards. Sleeves make the decks thicker, so it uses four 100+ Card Boxes. Playing without sleeves? The Unsleeved set ($34.99) swaps two of those for one standard Card Box.
Why BitsBins instead of a wooden insert
No assembly, glue or clamps. Wooden inserts typically take 30–60 minutes to build.
About $39, compared with $40–70 for most wooden Ark Nova inserts
The bins aren’t locked to one layout. If you add an expansion, rearrange them or add single bins.
It is a tight fit but it does. I had to reorganize it to accommodate the expansion by keeping the solo components on their baggies but still makes it so easy to set up and tear down.
