I was super stoked to have these containers not just to get rid of plastic bags but because I thought I would be able to avoid having to dump the pieces out into bowls so they could be easily accessible for refilling after each phase. But you really have to cram the pieces in exactly perfectly in order to close the lids so it actually makes you take more time to put them away than the bags. And you still have to dump them out because they're packed so tightly you can't easily just randomly take pieces out to restock the board. And some of the containers barely close bc they are so crammed full. The mini containers work fine for coins and dice and men. But all the tiles really need an "original" sized container and the buildings and black tiles need something even larger in order to be really helpful. A better configuration would be six minis, six originals, and two extra large. Plus another extra large for shields.
Now the only problem is how many of them I want. Impressed by the quality and functionality. The Playing Card Box Deck Boxes are really well-sized and seem resilient—which is huge as my other current storage solution for cards game is much harder plastic that can break/shatter on its corners if dropped.
This set will speed up set up and take down. Love the pod containers as they really are useful and don't take up a ton of space
Just wished you had a little more variety of free stuff instead of just one set yeah maybe two sets would’ve been nice
I bought a couple sets as a gift and they were very well received by recipient. She was very pleased with them.
